Wakadinali, is a prominent Hip Hop music group based in Nairobi, Kenya. The group comprises Scar Mkadinali, Domani Munga, and Sewersydaa. Their official names are Churchill Mandela, David Munga Ramadhan, and Salim Ali Tangut respectively.
The trio was founded by Scar and Domani in 2003, later joined by Sewersydaa. Their success came after dropping their drill-themed album, Victims of Madness, which acquired over 30 million streams on major streaming platforms.
Wakadinali boasts several awards in the Hip-hop music scene: including Best Rap Group Best Album among others The Trio successfully bagged the award for the Most Downloaded Artists on Mdundo in May 2024.
Having their own Record Label: Zoza Nation the music group has also signed up other musical artists like Sudough, Katapilla, Saisa, Hassano among others.
The group also known as Rong Rende is known for their popular hits like Mc Mca, Geri Inegi, Blow Me Kisses and Hizi Stance. Wakadinali have seen their music becoming national anthems with their tracks gaining massive fan influence.
The Hip Hop group was crowned the most streamed artists in 2023 and it boasts of successful albums: Ndani ya Cockpit (3 series) Victims of Madness, Mauru Unit, The Rong Don among others. Wakadinali are undoubtedly heavyweights in the hip-hop industry.
